I’m a queer identified therapist, red-lipstick devotee, year round iced-coffee drinker and passionate pet mom. I specialize in working with folks navigating complex and religious trauma, spirituality, creativity, gender exploration, boundary setting and self-esteem.
You are not alone! I specialize in trauma, grief, anxiety and depression, supporting clients in creating fulfilling sexual experiences, reducing harm, body positive/neutral wellness, and identity exploration. I affirm each individual to be the expert in their own lives and reject all power structures that suggest otherwise.
I have tattoos, cuss a lot and am most often found in an oversized hoodie! The clients with whom I'm a good fit describe me as being a charming mix of sassy with no problem in telling you about yourself while also prioritizing and maintaining an environment of deep nurturing and compassion where we can explore whatever is going on with depth and courage.
