I have 20+ years of experience helping people navigate life’s complexities. My background is deeply rooted in high-achieving communities, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention where I specialized in trauma-informed care for high-risk youth.
Today, I bring that same level of clinical depth and insight to support teens, adults, and couples who are managing anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. I find that my history of working in those intense environments provides a unique, grounded perspective that helps me guide my clients through their own challenges with clarity and care.
