Greetings! Welcome to Therapy with Cori! I help clients bravely journey toward living life as their most authentic Self. I work with adult individuals (18+), couples, and families (with kids old enough to participate in talk therapy). You may be looking for: conflict resolution, communication skills, ridding of resentments, learning to forgive self/others, finding motivation, or digging deeper to find out how and why you are the way you are. Perhaps you struggle with: anxiety, fear, depression, stagnation, confidence, parenting skills, T/trauma, or relationship issues with: spouse/partner, family, friend/s, coworker/s, boss, etc.
I have over 15 years work experience in the field of mental health, working with children, teens, parents/cgs, families, adult individuals, and couples, on ways to better manage their self, and their self in relation to others, by introducing new thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that will directly guide those toward living as their most authentic/true self.
Therapy with Cori, is one of the latest solo private practices to join the Half Moon Bay community to help those in need of mental health or therapy services.
