I want to guide and support you with those areas you want to change. Individuals I work with may not be feeling themselves, want to learn how to cope, want to grow, want better understanding of who they are, or want to take the path to be their ideal self. The person may have anger, anxiety, depression, challenges with personality, psychosis, relationship problems, stress, substance use, & or trauma. I have years of experience with assessing, treatment planning, and psychotherapy. I use the methods research shows that work. I am a NY State Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the “R” privilege. I am experienced providing treatment for mental health, substance use, addiction, co-occurring disorders, & gambling. I provide a variety of helpful therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment, Solution Focused, & Cognitive Processing Therapy.
