If you are a student, a young professional, or a mom struggling with burnout, I'm your woman. Not only can I help you get through the burnout symptoms, I will help you navigate through all kinds of correlated or adjunct issues you may be dealing with as well, like increased A.D.D. / ADHD symptoms, boundary setting with difficult family members, such as narcissists or alcoholics, and for the moms, specifically, the burnout and/or postpartum issues coming in early motherhood.
In working with me, you will find an open, supportive & relaxed environment, often many laughs, and sometimes a few tears, but that's what tissues are for. I always work with a trauma-informed lens.
