About
Therapy Lab Kids is a teletherapy practice that offers evidence-based plans (5-16 sessions) targeting mood/anxiety symptoms, sleep problems, family conflict, and disruptive behaviors. Our plans are designed to teach your child, teenager, or family a specific set of skills so you can walk away with emotional health and insight. Starting with an introductory session, an expert will help you establish goals that address your concerns, then initiate the best plan for you.
Our plans provide brief therapeutic interventions in a digestible form, targeting your specific goals. Common goals include anxiety, behavioral problems, insomnia, parenting, and family conflict. Commit to one session at a time—or try the whole series and pay less. Visit our website www.therapylab.com/kids to learn more.
You may feel intimidated or overwhelmed with the process of picking a therapist and getting started. We understand and hope to make the process easy for you. Our platform is designed to make this as smooth as possible so you know at the outset what to expect. Let's make a plan!
