About

Therapy in Color Counseling & Consulting is a dedicated practice, passionate about helping others navigate challenges in life. Collectively, we have over 20 years in the mental health field with both children, adolescents, and adults. Thinking about seeking mental health counseling? First you need to find a counselor you can trust and someone you feel "gets you". Being truthful and vulnerable are keys to good work. You need to feel free to address your concerns, grief, shame, and hurt ... We go the extra mile to help support positive change. It takes courage to face and embrace change.
We have specialization in EMDR, DBT, and TF-CBT. We enjoy working with people who are navigating sexual trauma, anxiety, depression, and racial trauma. We strongly advocate for mental health and support ones healing. Nedra Cannon is a Clinical and Macro Supervisor with clinical experience with Trauma Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and generational trauma.
We work from a holistic and social justice perspective to address the relationship between one’s mind, body and special condition in order to achieve the desired outcome. We are committed to a strength-based perspective in our clinical practice as a way to support and encourage self motivation and the clients that are served.
