I see my therapy practice as a shelter from the storm. This is a place and time to find some peace, allowing space for expression, reflection, learning, and growth. I have seen success with children, teens, and adults gaining autonomy over excessive worry and emotional reactions through a creative therapeutic approach.
I am a clinical professional counselor and art therapist with over 25 years of experience serving families and individuals struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, family systems issues, divorce, and grief. I use creative arts therapy with all ages, as well as traditional approaches, to meet individuals' needs in the moment.

The Open Art Studio is a club-like atmosphere fostering creativity in a group setting for ages 11-14. Do you want to encourage your child’s creativity while they build confidence and social connections? No previous art experience required, just curiosity and an openness to creative expression. Participants will both work together and separately on creative projects to encourage collaboration and individual expression. To Register for the workshop please call main office number at 708-888-0491. Insurance can cover most of the cost of the group, call for details.
