Biweekly Personal Empowerment Group
Would you like the power to overcome self defeating patterns that are sabotaging your goals & relationships? Would you like to free yourself from anxiety & depression symptoms that keep you stuck & unmotivated? Would you like to discover your authentic self & purpose in life? Meeting details: in person or via zoom, 6 month commitment required, open to new members joining upon meeting screening requirements. As primarily a psychoeducation group & book study, not strictly a processing group, members must also be in individual therapy with me or another therapist. Start date 2023 TBD.
