Therapy for Living
Counselor, MS, LMHC
Feeling Stressed? Unhappy? Overwhelmed? The first step for you now is to BREATHE, next consult an experienced, well-trained therapist with whom you connect. We all face challenges in life which can feel overwhelming. During these stressful times, we may not be able to clearly see our options due to our own stress level, emotional pain, and confusion over what is best. In individual or group therapy, I can help you by providing a compassionate, safe, non-judgmental space to express your deepest thoughts and feelings.
Together we will explore your options; I will be there to support and empower you to make positive changes, overcome and cope with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, unhealthy relationships, childhood abuse, and trauma. I am also able to offer a Jungian Oriented Approach to exploring your unique individual potential.
This approach helps to identify long-standing patterns connected to habits we have been unable to break. Once these are identified, clients are able to consciously make changes, become more emotionally balanced, improve satisfaction in work, relationships, and life in general.
