We are trained in several modalities which have been supportive and useful in helping clients. I (Sharon McLendon LPC-S, Practice Founder) am certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS) & Level 1 trained in Somatic Experiencing. Other modalities our counselors have extensive training and experience in are EMDR, Psychodynamic, and Mindfulness-based therapies.
