I use a compassionate, collaborative approach that honors the pacing you want to set, and a tailored approach. We also learn mindfulness and evidence-based methods to calm the body. Using reflective dialogue, we gain insight into who you truly are, and what's really important. I hope we can be open, honest together, and not afraid to laugh occasionally.
