Groups
Teen Support Group
This group can be brought to your teen's school or to their specific friend group. Since the onset of COVID, we have seen a continual increase in bullying, stress, depression, emotional dysregulation, and anxiety in teens. This group is designed to support teens in naming what they are experiencing, unpacking how it shows up in their life and finding solutions and tools to minimize, manage and eliminate those stressors. Some topics include social anxiety, loss of friendships, academic stress, suicidal thoughts and etc... Our goal is to provide participants with scripts and tools that they can independently use across all settings.

Women's Trauma Recovery Support Group
This group meets weekly to support women who have a history of untreated and/or unhealed trauma that often shows up as depression, anxiety, hypervigilance or et. During each session, participants get an opportunity to share and listen to others who are facing the same struggles. Doing so allows for each person to feel seen and not alone. Everyone will leave with tools to help them cope, recover and heal old hurts that clear the way for a new life journey.
