I loved working in the school setting as an elementary school teacher as well as a K-12 guidance counselor, and now bring this experience to my private practice. Everyone is different. Counseling should be tailored to the individual. I incorporate creative outlets and homework assignments to facilitate progress in the counseling process and help you feel more engaged in treatment. I have techniques that are specifically designed to work with children that many counselors do not utilize.
