Hi! I'm James. I am accepting new clients for trauma intensives if it seems like a good fit for you. Learn more at my website, search for Soma·Athene. I believe every person has the innate wisdom and capacity for change— trauma buries it, but it doesn't destroy it. My work focuses on adults navigating complex trauma, PTSD, and relational trauma. This is for people who have plateaued in weekly therapy and need movement, not more coping tools.
I specialize in multi-day trauma intensives — 1 to 3 days of concentrated, in-person EMDR, Flash Therapy, narrative reconstruction, and somatic work. If you're done managing and ready to reclaim your life, I'd be honored to do that work with you. Call for a free intensive consultation.
