I believe that there is no "perfect therapy" for everyone. I feel that using an eclectic approach drawing from different therapeutic approaches based on the needs of the individuals is the best way to help them through whatever is facing them at that moment.I believe that therapy is fluid not straight forward. I work with each individual by meeting them where they are and helping guide them in the direction they want to go based upon what they are sharing in sessions. No one knows your issues or how to fix them better than you do; I just want to help you along your journey to healing.
I graduated from the University of Southern California with a Masters degree in Social Work; a concentration on Families and Children; and a sub-concentration of Military Social Work I have experience with adolescents and adults for depression, anxiety, self-harm, trauma, coping skills; self esteem and more. I am currently only offering online services.
I understand it can be hard to reach out sometimes. I too have had to seek out therapeutic assistance and I know that the journey can be tough; yet it is very rewarding in the end.
