I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who strongly believes in the benefits of therapy; I have practiced for 35 years, and participated in my own personal work which allows me to be a supportive witness and caring guide. Clinical supervision for MSW students seeking to become a License Clinical Social Worker.
My experience and training are as follows: EMDR, EFT, Trauma, Geriatric Issues, Depression/Anxiety, Body Work. Certification in Somatic Relational Therapy-holistic therapy focus on the physical, emotional and mental patterns we develop & carry with us in our lives. The goal is to reduce emotional stress to experience more joy/pleasure in our lives.
