Our Art Therapy practice is a special place for children and teens and adults for self discovery, emotional wellness, building self-esteem and expressing feelings. Our NJ team is highly trained in development challenges, self regulation, moods, anger management, bereavement, chronic illness, divorce, PTSD and anxiety. We utilize an eclectic approach to psychotherapy and integrate art therapy for each individual.
We provide both in-person and virtual appointments. Utilizing tactile materials and creative processes, our therapists provide a safe place to explore challenging feelings. We are welcoming to all cultures and the LGBTQ+ population. We work with children and adults for healing trauma, problem-solving, managing feelings and self regulating.
