Welcome. My name is Teddy Seeds, and I am a licensed therapist with a passion for helping adults, adolescents, and couples improve their lives. To that end, I employ elements of humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral therapies.
A few of my particular areas of clinical focus include anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. I also enjoy helping couples unpack unconscious issues and learn how to communicate at a high level. Clients tell me they appreciate my warmth and authenticity.
