My specialties include OCD, narcissistic abuse, complex trauma, chronic pain, and ADHD—particularly when shaped by early invalidation. I also provide LGBTQ+ affirming care. I help clients uncover patterns rooted in past experiences, while integrating DBT skills to foster emotional insight, nervous system regulation, and a stronger sense of self.
Our work together is an ongoing conversation about what is working and what isn’t. I’m open to tailoring my approach to fit each client’s unique needs, understanding that expressing those needs in therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming.
