I love working with high-achieving women in midlife who are experiencing confusing perimenopause symptoms like anxiety, depression, brain fog, anger, low libido, night sweats, etc and major life transitions like career changes, contemplating divorce, empty nest, etc. Other topics I’m passionate about are supporting women who choose to be childfree and/or embrace life as a single person. Women are busy and don’t have time for BS. Therefore, I provide straight-talking yet compassionate therapy because sometimes you need someone trusted who'll tell it like it is, vent and swear with you, and then help you get your shit together.

Whether you're dealing with challenging perimenopause symptoms, the pressures of success, feeling invisible, or wondering if life is all downhill from here, my goal is to empower you with the resilience and support system needed for personal growth. I am honest, tell it like it is, but also empathetic, and will suggest tangible actions that can be taken.
