We’ll identify family patterns, cultural messages, and societal expectations that convinced you that self-care is selfish. We’ll work to cultivate self-compassion and inner strength—not the fake "treat yourself" BS, but genuine empowerment. You are not selfish for wanting more!

I work with women suffering in hormonal hell—PMDD, perimenopause, and other female issues doctors love to dismiss. You're not overreacting—your hormones are messing with you! I’ll explain how these changes impact your mental health and validate your struggles. Together, we will develop coping strategies, build a support network, and advocate for proper care.

The soul-crushing exhaustion from always prioritizing everyone else doesn't have to be your reality forever.
