Hello and welcome, I am happy you are here. My name is Theodora and I am a Pre-Licensed Psychotherapist in NH / VT with a clinical background in acute crisis and geriatric behavioral health. As a rural social worker, my experience spans outpatient, inpatient, and community settings across all ages.
Life can be challenging at times, and these overwhelming feelings can build up and affect your quality of life. My goal is to support you through your anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, caregiver fatigue, identity questions, and many other life transitions. I work with individuals throughout older adulthood in both VT and NH.
My experience practicing in my rural community has also shaped how I show up in therapy: practical, collaborative, trauma-informed, and deeply respectful of each person’s lived experience. Our diverse experiences are our source of strength.
My practice is rooted in CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused work. My priority is always you.
I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is not to fix you, but to help you better understand what you’re facing, explore what matters most to you, and develop tools to support you in gaining positive, lasting change.
