Do you find yourself fighting with negative thoughts? We all go through life, experiencing difficulties that shape us in different ways. These changes can make following a healthy lifestyle difficult, including adding to these negative thoughts. I believe that understanding and accepting your life experiences is key to returning to a healthy lifestyle. My passion lies in empowering individuals aged 15 and up to navigate life’s challenges and embrace their true potential. My areas of focus include guiding clients through Trauma, Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Men's Issues, Low Self-Esteem, Grief, and Life Transitions.
Drawing from my personal experiences with Mental Health and Autism, I take a highly personalized approach to therapy, allowing me to empathize deeply with my clients. I primarily practice person-centered talk therapy, while integrating Acceptance and Commitment, EMDR, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to tailor our sessions to your personal needs.
I understand that reaching out for help can be challenging, but I strive to maintain a judgment-free space where you can express whatever is on your mind.
