About
I began my counseling career in 2012 and have a range of knowledge and work experience with crisis therapy, families, children, adolescents, adults and have worked with a broad spectrum of people. I accept clients that are inspiring to work on issues relating to anxiety, depression, mood disorder, grief/loss, as well as life coaching. My therapy approach is relaxed and comforting approach to therapy which involves, genuine caring, acceptance and non-judgement.
*********Then & Now is offering a summer camp for 11-14 year-olds!!! We will host a camp in Prescott Arizona July 22-25th. We will have anxiety, depression, and grief psychoeducation groups.
