I am a non-judgmental compassionate licensed clinical social worker with 15 years of experience working with children, families, teens, and adults. I am sensitive to cultural, multiethnic, and racial issues. I have experience with conflict resolution, crisis intervention, and crisis de-escalation.
I would like to provide you with a safe and comfortable space to explore your challenges and reshape them into opportunities. I provide individual therapy for a range of issues including: depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, family conflict, and relationship issues. I specialize in working with teens and young adults of color.
My style is compassionate, interactive, assertive, and relational. I also provide training regarding foster care, parenting, trauma, grief and loss, issues facing adolescents and young adults, supervised visitation, and child abuse and neglect. I will foster a supportive environment to empower you to achieve your personal or professional goals.
