I am a licensed professional counselor and I have been counseling individuals for over 20 years. I have had the opportunity to work in the field of infant mental health, work with teenagerss, young adults to seniors. Working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, relationship problems, career guidance, adjustment issues and a host of other mental health isses. I use an integrative sounseling approach focusing on a person centered madality. I have helped individuals learn how to cope with mental health issues by coaching them and teaching them more effective ways to manage their lives.
I am able to provide you the support you are seeking by provding talk theraoy, reality based therapy, from a person centered perspectatives. I can help you with learning techniques such as cognitive behaviour skills, self awareness skills to help you overcome self defeating behaviour.
