As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor, I take a person-centered, trauma-informed approach grounded in empowerment. I intentionally work with clients navigating ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, domestic abuse, depression, and anxiety - areas of focus that hold deep personal and professional meaning to me.
Currently accepting new clients! I exclusively offer teletherapy as a safe and convenient option with nontraditional afternoon, late evening, and weekend appointments.
