Hi there, I'm Thelizia! I became a therapist because I wanted to help families. I noticed people did not know how to communicate with each other, forgive, and apologize to move forward in their life. I'm most comfortable with people ready to pivot and make the necessary changes to continue to work on managing emotions and getting what they want out of life.
