I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), and a Medication-assisted Treatment (MAT) therapist. In goal setting, I create a partnership and provide clients with tools to get what they want.
My therapeutic approach varies based on the client's needs. I commonly utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Relational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Trauma-Focused therapy. I communicate assertively, practically, and usually directly with compassion to the individual.
