As a therapist, I create a safe space for couples, adults struggling with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Life Stage Transitions, and Job/Career Dissatisfaction. My approach focuses on understanding, validating, and supporting clients through their challenges. Together, we work on gaining insight into behaviors, practical coping strategies, and regaining control over clients' lives. My goal is to help my clients find their renewed purpose, resilience, and satisfaction in both their personal and professional spheres.

I bring my unique blend of cultural experiences, resilience, and empathy. Drawing from my diverse background, I approach therapy with an open mind, embracing both traditional and innovative techniques. I create a safe space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions and goals.

I am a wife and mother of two children ages 13 and 15 yo, and two dogs. I have lived in DC Metropolitan area for most of my life. I have experienced acculturation and loss of a parent due to cancer. I was raised amongst entrepreneurs, politicians, doctors and lawyers. Despite the challenges, I've found common grounds with people from all walks.
