We believe that every person carries an innate wisdom - an inner song - no matter what you've been through. Our therapists combine artistry, science & soul to help you reconnect with that inner rhythm. Our therapists are warm, authentic, intuitive, and skilled, and our spaces have been thoughtfully curated to invite processing while wrapping you in cozy comfort.
Our trauma-informed approach is grounded in evidence-based practices while remaining flexible, intuitive, and creative. Sessions may incorporate traditional talk therapy with somatic interventions, expressive arts, nature, hypnotherapy, and other experiential methods to help clients access insights and emotions beyond words.
