Journey to Conceive

A virtual group designed to provide people with a safe, therapeutic space to connect with other individuals struggling with infertility. This group aims to provide normalization of different feelings and experiences unique to the infertility journey, and seeks to teach specific coping strategies and psychoeducation. Individuals are invited to join at any point in the infertility journey ---whether they are struggling to conceive naturally, suffering from pregnancy losses, just beginning fertility treatments or are in the contemplation process of doing so. Afterglow: Postpartum Depression & Anxiety Therapy

The Afterglow: Postpartum Depression & Anxiety Therapy Group offers support and treatment for people experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety after having a baby. Groups of up to 10 people will meet with a Licensed Therapist who guides the group over 8 weeks of sessions, with take-home reflections. Topics include: Identity transition, birth processing, postpartum anxiety/depression/ocd symptoms, self-care, coping skills, relationships, body image, etc. See our website for details!
