About
I am committed to helping individuals, couples and families reach their fullest potential by equipping them with the tools/skills to thrive and live their best life. My goal is to assist my clients to be able to overcome past traumas, insecurities, negative relationship habits and other negative patterns that hinder their ability to create and maintain healthy relationships. I also enjoy helping couples prepare for marriage or work through marital issues that all couples experience at some point and time in their marriage such as communication issues, conflict resolution, sexual issues, betrayal, infidelity, and incompatibility.
My education/training has equipped me to support my clients. I have a doctorate in Counseling Education and Supervision. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, with a Certification in Anger Management and Marriage & Family Therapy, I am a Counselor Professional Clinical Supervisor (CPCS), a Sex Therapist, and EMDR trained.
As a Counselor Educator and Clinical Supervisor (CPCS), I am also accepting new counseling masters and post-masters students in need of clinical supervision. My supervision philosophy is preparing the student clinically, ethically and professionally while meeting the student’s overall developmental needs.
