At the Wellness Center of Grace Lutheran Church, we help people from all backgrounds navigate life's turning points and challenges. We are licensed and professionally trained clinicians who combine the wisdom, insights, and best evidence based practices of psychological and spiritual care in order to provide holistic healing and care for your mind, body, and spirit. Each counselor at the Wellness Center has their own area of expertise, including: trauma/PTSD, bipolar, depression, anxiety, spirituality, life transitions, parenting, substance use, LGBTQ+, gender/sexuality, relationship/marriage/family, life transitions, chronic mental/physical illness, caregiver support.

Grief Group
This professionally facilitated support group offers a safe, non-judgmental space for people to share and connect with others who have experienced loss. The group meets the second and fourth Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm. Suggested donation: $10 (no one will be turned away).
