I love to serve all people and have a sweet spot for children and teens. My name is Michelle Coley, LPC and I would love to connect with you to provide services from individual to family sessions. I understand it can me challenging cycling through providers and feeling discouraged trying to find the right fit. I am here to provide a safe space to help manage emotions and build healthy relationships dynamics. Having a healthy, strong physical body is shoved down our throats while forgetting; many physical illnesses start in the mind. I truly believe a quiet mind and managed emotions go a long way.
My experience ranges from inpatient hospitalization to intensive outpatient community clinics. There are stigmas around healthcare, and I am here to be the therapist, mentor, coach I wish I had growing up. I cannot guarantee results, but I can provide you with a space that is non-judgmental and supportive as you go through life challenges.
