Relationships are at the heart of our emotional well-being and often, our deepest pain. Anxiety, depression, shame, and trauma-related symptoms often stem from past or present relationship experiences.
You may be in an unhealthy or unfulfilling relationship, have experienced relationship betrayal, or struggling with the effects of early childhood trauma or neglect. Whatever the source of your emotional pain, I believe healing and growth are possible. I offer a safe, supportive space where we can work together to heal emotional pain and build more fulfilling relationships — with yourself and with others.
In my work with both individuals and couples, I emphasize root causes to promote lasting change. I’m passionate about helping clients change unhealthy relationship patterns and heal and grow from past wounds.
I enjoy collaborating with clients, and I take a relational approach to mental health. I draw heavily on attachment theory and trauma informed care.
I view counseling as a calling, and my goal is to serve all clients in a manner that validates their worth. At the client's request, I integrate Christian counseling.
