Our Adult Embodied DBT Skills Group, led by Dr. Eboni Webb, is a psycho-educational program specifically designed for adults who have experienced trauma. This group focuses on teaching the core skills of DBT, while also integrating Sensorimotor Therapy. Sensorimotor Therapy connects the body and mind, using body awareness and movement to help process and release trauma. This trauma-informed approach allows participants to safely explore their experiences in a supportive environment. In addition to structured lessons and assignments, the group also includes opportunities for participants to process their experiences and emotions in real-time.

The Comprehensive Accelerated DBT Program is an intensive 16-week group designed for adults looking to strengthen emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and mindfulness skills in a focused time frame. Ideal for those transitioning from higher levels of care, supplementing outpatient therapy, or unable to commit to a year-long model. Participants meet several times weekly for skills training, diary card review, and open processing in a structured, supportive setting. Facilitated by masters-level interns under Dr. Webb’s supervision, the program offers strong clinical quality at an accessible cost. Open Rotating Enrollment – join anytime and complete the program at your own pace.
