Life may not come with a manual, but we help you navigate it with confidence. We are now accepting new patients for Mental Health therapy. We offer Telehealth and In-Person sessions. Most insurances are accepted, including: Medicare, Cigna, United Healthcare, Aetna, BCBS, FL Blue, and Humana. We provide therapy services in English and Spanish. We treat patients throughout Southwest Florida, at our Fort Myers office, Cape Coral office, and virtually (Telehealth). No doctor referral is needed. We accept ages 6 and older.
We offer Individual Therapy, Couples Counseling, and Family Counseling. We also offer EMDR Trauma Therapy (currently available remotely). We aid our clients by listening and teaching them the tools needed to become the amazing humans they were born to be. We are here to help guide our clients through a journey of self awareness and growth.
