About
As a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2011, I have experience working with children, youth, adults and couples dealing with communication issues, concerns about child development, family dynamics, trauma, parent coaching, and life transitions. The goal of our work will be to identify effective behaviors, improve the ability to communicate and work towards healthier relationships. I do brief solution-based work as well as long term in-depth work and incorporate psychodynamic, attachment, and cognitive behavioral approaches. My goal is to create a nurturing, open and honest environment, where we face life's challenges together.

I not only offer behavior coaching for parents, therapy for youth & adults, or couples counseling - I offer clinical supervision as well.
Throughout my own hardships in life, I've found the most crucial component of healing is the support, objectivity, empathy, and consistency from others - we will peel back layers like an onion and identify the root cause of unwanted behaviors. I have made it my life's goal and passion to create such a space for others.
