As a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2011, I have had the pleasure of providing services to individuals, families, and couples dealing with communication issues, intimacy concerns, family conflict, and marital instability. The goal will be to identify ineffective behaviors to improve the ability to communicate and work towards healthier patterns of living in peace and harmony. I offer solution-based work, often utilizing Gottman's Method, as well as in-depth work from an attachment and cognitive behavioral lens. My goal is to create a safe, open and honest environment where we face life's challenges together.
Have you ever felt stuck, or knew you were in a place that wasn't working? Finding a safe and objective space to discuss some of life's greatest struggles can be difficult, yet so important in order to grow or heal. I not only offer behavior coaching for parents, therapy for youth & adults, or couples counseling - I offer clinical supervision as well.
Throughout my own hardships in life, I've found the most crucial component of healing is the support, objectivity, empathy, and consistency from others - we will peel back layers like an onion and identify the root cause of unwanted behaviors. I have made it my life's goal and passion to create such a space for others.
