We work with children, teens, adults, and families who are going through difficult seasons, life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and especially parenting challenges. Many of the families we work with have young children and come to us feeling overwhelmed, unsure how to handle behavior concerns, emotional regulation, or parent-child relationship challenges. Our team provides a warm, supportive, and practical approach to help families better understand behavior, strengthen relationships, build coping skills, and move forward with confidence!

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Qualified Supervisor, Infant Mental Health Specialist, and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor. She is EMDR-certified and trained in TF-CBT and NLP/Hypnosis. With a strong background in human development, our team provides expert care for all ages. Our clinicians are fluent in English and Spanish.
