TTRPG Mens Therapy Group: Mental/Relational Health
This group will focus on learning skills and practicing skills to improve and protect the mental and relational health of men. This small group (5-6) will learn and practice new skills to improve their relationships with in the game, between one another, and out in their lives. They will also develop a personal plan for improving and protecting their own mental health in general, that will also be practiced within the group to be taken back into these men’s lives. We will likely be running Star Wars: Edge of Empire System for 10 Weeks Starting 01.29.2026.

TTRPG Therapy Group: Nervous System Regulation
This small group (5–6 adults) focuses on understanding your nervous system states—grounded, anxious, overwhelmed, shut down, or connected—and practicing skills to shift and recover in ways that actually help. Members will build tools both out of game and in game through story-based moments that support awareness, confidence, and regulation. We’ll meet for 10 sessions using Vampire: The Masquerade. No prior TTRPG experience is needed. Vampire offers a beginner-friendly way to explore intensity, pressure, power, and connection in a contained, consent-based space while practicing grounded, intentional responses and building a personal plan for resilience.

D&D Therapy Relational Skills for Anxious Teens
This small group for 5–6 teens ages 13–15 focuses on managing social anxiety and building social skills in a supportive, low-pressure way. Teens will learn grounding tools and ways to settle themselves so they can connect with more confidence. Through beginner-friendly DungeonsDragons gameplay, they’ll work on personal goals and practice skills they want to strengthen, like communication, teamwork, flexibility, and speaking up. No prior DnD experience is needed. The group meets for 10 sessions and begins Thursday, June 18th. A great fit for teens wanting support with confidence, connection, and feeling more comfortable with others.
