We have one life, we are all learning daily and we are in this together. We have a deep passion for children, adolescents and families who have come from hard places and spaces. Our focus is neurodiversity across the lifespan. Our licensed and seasoned therapists design an evidenced-based treatment plan derived from ABA, Brainspotting, EMDR, Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory, CBT, DBT and Internal Family Systems. If comfortable, we can also combine these interventions.
