I have more than a decade of experience working in mental health with adults of all ages, particularly college students and young adults. Whether working through life transitions, anxiety and depression, complex grief and loss, or intergenerational family dynamics, I take a collaborative approach so that we can identify your strengths, offer opportunity for growth, and create a plan to live purposefully.
Starting out with a new therapist for the first time can feel scary, maybe even downright terrifying. As a single mother of two in my 50s, having experienced my own struggles and healing journey, I understand the importance of having compassionate guidance during difficult times.
I offer a laid-back space to show up as you are without judgement, talk about the hard stuff that we inevitably experience through life, and maybe have a laugh or two in the process.
