Welcome to The Sunshine's Haven Counseling Center! My name is Afiya K. Hooker and I am a Licensed Psychotherapist with 17 years of mental wellness experience. The clients I serve may endure feelings of depression, anxiety, and/or trauma, while possibly coping with self awareness concerns, interpersonal relationships and/or familial issues. I have a passion for helping my clients gain clarity, increase awareness, utilize positive and practical coping strategies and create positive change within their everyday lives.
