I aim to bring curiosity, warmth, and compassion to every session. In my approach I look at the "big picture" of a client's life, understanding how current challenges stem from past experiences, relationship patterns, and a person's beliefs about themselves, others, and the world. We'll explore each of these factors, then create a holistic plan that encompasses the mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational. I hope that my clients will feel more empowered, self-loving, and connected after working with me, having a better understanding of themselves and the world around them.
I'm a Person-Centered counselor who believes that deep down, each of us knows what we truly want and need from life. I use the shamanic journey, a powerful spiritual and meditative technique, to aide this process. I also encourage clients to incorporate their own spiritual practices as they connect us to our values, higher powers, and our truest selves.
