At The Self Inside, we use a variety of interventions to support our client's healing journey holistically. To name a few, we utilize Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reiki, mindfulness practices, and other behavioral therapies. Our approach not only helps on a physical level but also an energetic and spiritual level.
