Post Partum Moms Support Group
If you are the mom of a new baby or know a mom in need of some support, please reach out. Rachel Ford, LICSW is an expert in perinatal mental health and will be providing a safe place to discuss the mental, emotional, physical, social and sexual toll of the 4th trimester and beyond. Rachel will be discussing topics like PPD and PPA, rage, isolation, social pressures, partner dynamics etc. However, more than anything, this is a place for new mothers to find their village and make connections that will carry them through the the intense post partum period.
