As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I will be there with you! I work with a diverse clientele and believe in meeting people where they are. Health and Wellness are important in keeping a balanced life, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

From a counseling perspective, I use the Integrative counseling approach. The approach works with the whole person, (mental, physical, and emotional). I use various techniques that allow me to draw from strategies and techniques that best support clients. Client-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy

I am here to walk alongside you as you unravel the layers of life that are weighing you down. I believe in focusing on the mental, physical, and emotional aspects affecting your (health, habits, behaviors, and emotions).
