It's not my goal to tell you how to change or better your life, but to go on the journey with you and explore how making effective changes can lead to a happier you.
I work with adult clients who have difficulties with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, addiction, trauma, and general life adjustment problems. I provide individual and couples therapy and would be happy to work with you to determine the best option and most effective course of treatment.
